How Our Network Works

Talk to a local provider

A tree removal provider working on a large tree beside a wood-frame home in Bellevue

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent local tree removal provider. Youeaenbtc Tree Service makes the introduction, and the provider handles the conversation about your tree, the quote and the schedule. No one in the network is a Youeaenbtc Tree Service employee, and Youeaenbtc Tree Service does not do the work.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a short, practical conversation.

  • You describe the tree: size, species if you know it, and where it stands.
  • You mention anything it threatens, such as a roof, fence, power line or driveway.
  • The provider asks about access, since a tight yard or a steep slope changes the method.
  • You hear whether a site visit is needed before a written quote.

Photos help. A few clear shots from different angles can speed up an estimate.

What to Ask a Provider

Get answers before you agree to anything.

  • Scope: Does the quote include cleanup and hauling away the wood?
  • Stump: Is stump grinding included, or priced separately? Grinding shreds the stump below ground level.
  • Insurance: Can you see proof of liability and workers' coverage?
  • Method: Will the tree be climbed, cut in sections, or lowered with equipment?
  • Aftercare: Should nearby trees be pruned? Does the site need drainage or moss attention?
  • Timing: What is the earliest realistic start, given current availability?

You Are in Control

Compare before you commit. Collect more than one written estimate if the job is not urgent. Check what each one covers, not just the total. Typical U.S. prices vary widely by tree size, access and hazards, so a written quote matters more than any rule of thumb.

You can say no. A request carries no obligation, and you never have to accept the first offer.

For Urgent Situations

If a tree is blocking a road, touching a power line or pressing on a structure, treat it as an emergency. Keep clear of it and contact your utility or local emergency services where needed. Then ask a provider about storm tree clearance.
